# Attio: Update Entry

> Update values on an Attio list entry, adding to multi-value fields instead of replacing them. Includes inputs, outputs, SDK V2 examples, and Deepline cost.

Update values on an Attio list entry, adding to multi-value fields instead of replacing them.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Tool ID: `attio_update_entry`

## Run this action

Use the TypeScript SDK for one call. Use `ctx.tools.execute(...)` inside a Play for durable calls, scheduled calls, or CSV processing.

```ts theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
import { Deepline } from 'deepline';
const deepline = await Deepline.connect();
const result = await deepline.tools.execute(
  'attio_update_entry',
  {
    "list": "example",
    "entry_id": "entry_123",
    "entry_values": {}
  },
);
console.log(result.toolResponse.raw);
```

### CLI

```bash theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
deepline tools execute attio_update_entry --input '{
  "list": "example",
  "entry_id": "entry_123",
  "entry_values": {}
}' --json
```

## Example response

The static output schema lacks the details for a reliable example. Use `deepline describe attio_update_entry --json` for the complete live contract.
